Contracted Fees

Meadows Montessori School uses a progressive scale tuition schedule utilizing a “Family Financial Commitment Plan” for our Children’s House and Elementary Programs. The Toddler Program has a set monthly fee schedule.

The Family Financial Commitment Plan enables Meadows Montessori School families to educate their children as equal members of an economically, racially, and culturally diverse community. This Commitment Plan is designed to meet a portion of the school’s annual budget through “Contracted Fees”.

Instead of a set tuition, a Contracted Fee is calculated for each family within a progressive scale model in equitable proportion to the family’s financial resources. Maximum fees are set in tiers and determined by the MMS Board of Directors on an annual basis.

All families will be asked to submit a Family Financial Worksheet (FFW) when applying for admission and annually thereafter when re-enrolling. This Worksheet is used to determine each family’s Contracted Fee for the coming year. Although we encourage all families to complete the FFW, families can elect not to submit financial information by signing the Waiver at the end of the Worksheet. ​By signing the Waiver, families are agreeing to pay the annual Maximum Fee for the entire school year.
